Question
If the project is limited to school uses, why would a developer want to do this?

Answer
This project is not limited to school uses. The School District does not need these buildings for its master plan. We are open to other use proposals. Some other uses that have been mentioned include: professional offices, think tank, university satellite, business incubator, faculty housing, and others.

Question
How can we obtain drawings of the buildings and campus?

Answer
We will shortly post these drawings on the website.

Question
The RFQ doesn't include the competition rules. When will they be available?

Answer
This is a Request for Qualifications only. The competition rules will be detailed in the Request for Proposal, which will be issued to the selected Finalist teams.
